    Please read carefully.

    We use Printful to manufacture and ship T-shirts and other apparel products. Therefore, returns will be handled according to Printful's standards.

    弊社では、T シャツやその他のアパレル製品の製造と発送に Printful を使用しています。したがって、返品対応はPrintfulの基準に則り行われます。

    For customers purchasing apparel products such as T-shirts from overseas via Printful

    Thank you for considering your purchase.

    Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective products must be filed within 30 days of receipt of the product. If a package is lost in transit, all claims must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Claims deemed to be due to negligence on our part will be covered at our expense.

    If you notice any other issues with your product or your order, please submit a problem report.

    The reply-to address defaults to the Printful feature. You will receive an automatic email notification when we receive your returned package. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility is not used as your return address, you will be responsible for any returned packages received.

    Incorrect address - If the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the courier, your package will be returned to our facility. Once we have confirmed your updated address (if applicable), you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

     

    Printful does not accept returns on sealed items (such as face masks) that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You agree that returned orders containing face masks cannot be reshipped and will be disposed of.

    Customer Returns - We do not offer refunds on buyer's convenience orders, except for customers located in Brazil. Product returns and size exchanges are at the customer's expense and discretion. If you choose to accept a return or offer a size exchange to your end customer, you will need to order a new product in a different size at your expense. If you are a resident of Brazil and regret your purchase, please contact our customer service, express your intention to return the product within 7 consecutive days after receiving the product, and provide a photo of the product. . Your withdrawal request will be evaluated to see if the product has been used or destroyed, even if only partially. In this case, refunds are not possible.

    Notice to EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, withdrawal Rights are not provided in the following cases:

     

    1. The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

    2. Due to the sealed product being opened after delivery, it is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

     

    Accordingly, Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

    購入をご検討いただきありがとうございます。

     

    印刷ミス/破損/欠陥のある製品に対する請求は、製品の受領後 30 日以内に提出する必要があります。輸送中に荷物が紛失した場合、すべての請求は配達予定日から 30 日以内に提出する必要があります。当社側の過失によるものとみなされる請求については、当社の費用負担で補償されます。

     

    製品またはご注文に関するその他の問題に気付いた場合は、問題レポートを提出してください。

     

    返信先アドレスはデフォルトで Printful 機能に設定されます。返品された荷物を受け取ると、自動電子メール通知が届きます。請求されていない返品は 30 日後に慈善団体に寄付されます。 Printful の施設を返送先住所として使用しない場合、受け取った返送された荷物はお客様の責任となります。
