各国より仕入れた、グレードの高い豆だけをすぐに焙煎、パック。
豆、一種類につき二時間の工程を、深く丁寧にほどこし、クラシックで誠実なブレンドに仕上げました。
熟れた果実のような味わいと、思考の奥まで響くアロマ。
一杯分の内容量は、少し多めです。
奥行きのある旨味が生み出す、喫茶の没入感をお楽しみいただけます。
※ 喫茶去とは
「お茶をどうぞ。」という意味で、唐の禅僧、趙州従諗（じょうしゅう じゅうしん）にまつわるエピソードから生まれた禅語。
お茶でも飲んで、くつろぎながら初心にかえりましょう。

※ Kissako is a Zen word used in Japanese tea ceremonies.
Originally, the meaning of the term meant you should depart after drinking your tea.
There was a purity behind the expression, but this later evolved into a more hospitable meaning:
"Please take your time".In more modern times, people drink tea to relax, or resetting and returning to the early spirit one had.
オーナー 成田 学
1983年生まれ。
江別市出身。札幌市在住。
2001年
プロバスケットボール選手を目指して上京。
挫折。飲食の道へ進む。
2003年
独立開業を目指し、
札幌・東京のBARやクラブ・飲食店にて勤務。
2007年
札幌の「宮越屋珈琲」にて経験を積み、
コーヒー専門店開業を決意。
2011年
coffee shop Marley本店開業。
2020年
２号店となるCoffee&Chocolate Marley東店オープン。
【活動内容】
札幌の薄野で唯一の自家焙煎コーヒーと、
自家製チョコレート専門店として、
様々な人々のクロスポイントとなる、
落ち着いた空間を演出。
コーヒー豆・カカオ豆は、
仕入れから選別・焙煎までを当店で一貫して行っており、Marley オリジナルのコーヒーとチョコレートを提供。
コーヒー豆やチョコレートの、
企業様・個人様への物販も行っている。
